Golf in Bulgaria

While the Black Sea Coast of Bulgaria is becoming a popular beach destination with holiday makers Bulgaria is probably not one of the first places that springs to mind when thinking about a golf holiday.

This may be set to change over the coming years!

There are currently two golf courses at Ihtiman and Silven and a further 2 planned for 2007. For example, there is an 18 hole championship course, designed by Ian Woosnam, being built just outside the mountain resort of Bansko. Thus, soon you will be able to combine a skiing holiday with your golf vacation.
