About Parque da Floresta Golf Course
Parque da Floresta golf course was designed by Pepe Gancedo and opened in 1987. This is the most westerly golf course on the Algarve located just outside Budens.

The course is fairy hilly which allows for some great views particularly when standing on the tee at the par 3 fifth. At 312m the par 4 first may seem like a gentle start, but beware there is a ravine to the left of the fairway that gathers wayward drives. The same ravine again comes into play if you attempt to hit the first green in two. It is unusual to find a par 5 as stoke index 1, but the 485m ninth is as tough as they come.

The golf club is the annual host to David Seamans Charity Golf Classic.
