The original layout of Barbados golf club was designed by Col. J. Harris and opened in 1974. The course was transformed and redesigned by Ron Kirby in September 2000.
Your round starts with a 462m par 5 which at stroke index 13 offers a gentle start and real opportunity to open with a par. The front 9 ends with the most difficult hole on the course which is a demanding par 4 measuring 420m. The Barbados golf club opens with a par 5 and finishes with a par 5. The eighteenth, however, is much more difficult, it may only measure 445m only but at stroke index 2 a par here will feel like a birdie and see you heading for the club house with a big smile on your face.
