About Amarilla Golf Course
The Amarilla golf and country club lies on the southern coast of Tenerife. Opening in 1989 the designer, Donald Steel, made a wonderful job of exploiting the views.

Its coastal position offers spectacular views throughout the round.

"The golf course is set alongside apartments .Two good par 3s with stunning views of the sea. Friendly ,helpfull staff at the course. If the ball goes off the fairway and lands in the volcanic areas this is classed as a lateral water hazard . Some of the holes have tight fairways. Worth playing."

"Nice wide fairways - fab views. The 5th is a short par3 = 105 mtrs no fairway, just the green to go for - over the Ravine. Will be paying again in June 08 - can normally make a 2 ball @ the reception."
